I didn't end up going to the gym last night. So instead of doing the leg workout I did this really GREAT circuit workout:

It's pretty fast paced and a definite sweat producer! My legs and arms are SOOOO sore today.
I definitely think I will keep this in my arsenal of workouts!
Today I'm going to do a 30 min run and the leg workout from yesterday!
